ABOUT
HUJJATUL ISLAM ACADEMY

Hazrat Maulana Mufti Mohammad Taqi Usmani, Deputy Rector of Darul Uloom Karachi, Pakistan

I felt great pleasure to know that Hujjatul Islam Academy was established and that the Academy has decided to publish an Arabicrefereed journal which would cover academic, research and literary topics. I hope the journal will play an important role in churning out a heap of ulama in various countries, both Islamic and non-Islamic, who owntaste to research on important and interesting subjects.
I pray Allah Almighty to enable the workers to do more religious and academic services. May Allah accept their efforts and make them profitable for all.

Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Raabe Hasani Nadwi, Nazim Nadwat-ul-Ulama, Lucknow, India

I came to know that for introducing the great thought of Hujjatul Islam Imam Muhammad Qasim Nanawtawi to the whole world an Islamic academy has been founded. Moreover, to bring into public view the beneficial thoughts of Hazrat Nanawtawi and his academic deeds you took the decision to publish a biannual Arabic Refereed Journal “Wahdatul-Ummah”. This journal will be of great help for the Ulama and researchers working in Arabic language. I pray that the journal play a distinguished role in academic field. Aameen.

Hazrat Maulana Dr. Sa’eedur Rahman Azmi, Rector of Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow, India

The establishment of Hujjat-ul-Islam Academy pleased me. Hazrat Nanawtawi was a great personality. He has specialization simultaneously in various important fields of education and art, philosophy and literature, dialectic and wittiness. He successfully chased the Qadiyanis, gave a crushing reply to the priests and Hindu pundits, using his wisdom and insight he brought the patrons of inventions and evils to the path of Sunnat. I expect that from the platform of Hujjatul Islam Academy and the Arabic journal Wahdatul Ummah great services of Hazrat Nanawtawi will be introduced.

Great Muhaddith Muhiyuddin Al-Awwamah, Madina Munawwara, Saudi Arabia

Hujjatul Islam Imam Muhammad Qasim Nanawtawi, founder of Darul Uloom Deoband, was a high profile personality. In him all the qualities of a great revivalist were present. His services for defence of Islam, protection of Islamic thoughts, leading madaris movement, putting an end to inventions and propagating the Sunnah are crystal clear. I was pleased to hear about establishment of Hujjatul-Islam Academy because from this platform the great academic services of Hazrat Imam may be introduced comprehensively. May Allah accept your efforts!

Hazrat Maulana Dr. Abul Laith Khairabadi Al-Qasmi, Professor Qur’an & Sunnah Department, International Islamic University, Malaysia

I congratulate you for starting this Arabic journal. Ulama of Islamic madaris in common, and ulama of Islamic universities in particular, greatly felt the need of such an academic and refereed journal to be published at international level, so that we and our students may know what importance such a journal assumes and what difference is there between refereed and non-refereed journalswhich are published nationally and internationally. It is apparentthat therefereed journals occupy a distinguished status in academic and research circles. The publication of an academic, research and refereed journalwas a need being felt for long. Now, it has been fulfilled Alhamdulillah. It is also a fact that only those people intend to publish such a journal who have taste for research and study. I expect that to the powerful intentions and iron wills of the Academy staff, all the hurdles will not stay.

Shaikh Khalid Marghoob Ameen, Professor of Hadith, Jamia Islamia, Madina Munawwara, Saudi Arabia

The establishment of Hujjatul Islam Academy is highly pleasing and full of blessings due toits valuable aims and objectives. Hazrat Nanawtawi had great eagerness for propagation of religious sciences and rooting out Shirk and ignorance. Moreover, due to his religious modesty and tremendous academic capabilities he was aphenomenon of Allah’s power on earth.

Dr. Aabidullah Ghazi, President “Iqra” Educational Foundation, Chicago, America

The news of Hujjatul Islam Academy’s establishment has been highly pleasing and gladdening because there was great need of such a work in our madaris. Through academic research only we can satisfy others regarding our religion and culture. I congratulate HazratMaulanaSufyanQasmifrom the depth of my heart for this initiative.

Hazrat Maulana Dr. Sa’ood Alam Al-Qasmi, Head of Islamic Studies Department, Aligarh Muslim University, India

This work should have been done much long ago. People made sands the sun and moon while our best personalities have been disappearing behind clouds. This is a laudable work. For it, I extend my hearty congratulation to those who took the responsibility to carry out such a noble task.

Dr. Maulana Mas’ood Alam Al-Falahi, Head of Arabic Language & Literature, Khwaja Muinuddin Chishti University, Lucknow, India

The news about this academic and blessed initiative offered me immense pleasure and happiness becausein today’s time the refereed journals have great significance in academic and literary circles. Such journals open new aspects of education and research to their readers and introduce to them new features of educationand art. Huge responsibilities rest upon you people but I have strong hope that you, due to your excellence in knowledge, experience and good taste will do this duty well.

Dr. A’zam Al-Qasmi, Ex-Professor, Aligarh Muslim University, India

It is a cause of thanksgiving and happiness for me that a research academy named Hujjatul Islam Academy was established on the hands of people of education and research. This academy was a hardly felt need of academic circles, which the Almighty Allah has fulfilled. I hope that the Academy will facilitate Hazrat Nanawtawi’s academic works, and the academic utilities of Hazrat Nanawtawi will reach all nooks and corners of the worldthrough modern means of communication.
Hazrat Maulana Sharf-e-Alam Qasmi, Professor Department of Arabic Language & Literature, Maulana Azad National University, Hyderabad, India
This is a historical decision in the context of expanding circle of academic research in India and abroad.
