Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Could you please tell me whether a person who works in food packaging and throws unused packaging marked Halal and labeled “Muslim” or “Islamic” into the trash becomes an unbeliever? For example, if it says Islamic halal certification service. The products at the factory are halal, but mostly Christians work there and they throw unused packaging in the trash and then this packaging is taken out for sorting. I don’t know if doing such a thing would be kufr.

Your question is not clear. If you want to know the status of one who throws the unused wrapper with the halal marks in the trash, so it does not make one a disbeliever and you should not be in doubt unreasonably. If you want to know anything else, do re-send your query.
